The Platform Behind ERP SaaS
The Platform Behind ERP SaaS Businesses.
ERPNext and Odoo Are Two of the Workloads It Runs.
Deploying ERPNext or Odoo is a solved problem — the source is free and the workflows are documented. Operating either one as a commercial, multi-tenant SaaS business is a different engineering discipline: tenant lifecycle management, isolation, deployment orchestration, a control plane, SSL and DNS automation, backup automation, update orchestration, licensing, security, and scaling. ERPNext and Odoo solve business workflows. This platform solves SaaS operations. This page describes the platform, not the applications running on it.
ERPNext & Odoo
60 Seconds
Per Tenant
What This Platform Actually Does
Not a hosted ERP application, and not a deployment script. A control plane that provisions, isolates, licenses, secures, and operates tenants — with ERPNext or Odoo as the workload running inside each one.
Managely Cloud
ERPNext running as a workload on this platform — provisioned automatically, isolated per tenant with a dedicated database, backed up daily, licensed and kept current by the platform's update orchestration. The workload changes; the operating model underneath doesn't.
Idarat Cloud
Odoo running as a different workload on the same platform — same tenant isolation, same lifecycle management, same control plane. Retail, POS, e-commerce, and service businesses provisioned through the identical operational path as any other tenant.
Deploying ERP vs. Operating ERP as a SaaS Business
The source code is free either way. Turning it into a subscription business isn't.
Legacy ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
6–18 months to implement. Requires a dedicated IT team. High licensing and maintenance cost regardless of usage.
Deploying ERP Per Client
Free license per deployment. But a deployment isn't an operation — provisioning, SSL and DNS, backup testing, security patching, licensing, and update management have to be built and re-run for every client, indefinitely, with no shared control plane between them.
The Question That Actually Matters
Not "which platform" — but "who operates the control plane once there are twenty tenants instead of one." Deployment scripts handle client one. They don't handle lifecycle, licensing, and scaling across twenty. That's the platform layer this replaces.
Who This Is For
ERPNext and Odoo Partners Deploying at Scale
System integrators and agencies deploying ERPNext or Odoo for multiple clients run into the same wall: each new client needs a provisioned, isolated, licensed, monitored tenant, and deployment scripts don't manage lifecycle. This platform's control plane handles provisioning, isolation, and operations the same way for the twentieth client as the first.
Building a Commercial ERP SaaS Product
Tenant lifecycle, isolation, licensing, security, and scaling are the same platform problem whether you're a SaaS founder, an ERP vendor, or a cloud provider offering ERPNext or Odoo under your own brand. Building that control plane once is a multi-year engineering commitment. Operating on top of an existing one is a decision about where your team's time is worth more.
Production Numbers, Not Projections
Running in Production, Not a Pilot
This platform runs Managely Cloud and Idarat Cloud in production — live ERPNext and Odoo tenants for manufacturing, distribution, and services clients across Egypt and the Gulf, with licensing, security, and regional tax compliance handled once at the platform level, not rebuilt per tenant.
